My favourite trip last week was going to Tairawhiti Museum (in Gisborne) because we got to use quills to practice writing our names and also took photos of ourselves with Polaroid cameras. After, we glued them onto a piece of paper, which we are going to decorate with designs. It was so much fun because I love art and I drew some of my art.
We also got to see typewriters and old torches with HUGE batteries, really old radios, record players, old tape cassettes etc.
That's all I've got for this week!

Hi Tarn, I think it was cool how you got to use polaroids. It reminds me when I took heaps of of photos with my sisters polaroid.(she got mad) How did you decorate your photo?

ReplyDeleteHi Tarn I like how you got to use quills. Your blog reminds me of when I saw some old cameras. What else did you see?
ReplyDeleteHi Tarn, I liked using the quills too! Even though we got covered in blue ink! How did the people used to cope with that many years ago? Maybe they wore gloves? Even though your post is short - I still get the feeling of how much you enjoyed the trip. I am looking forward to our visit to the Museum of Transport soon!
